What is CUKOVY?

CUKOVY is a clothing brand that offers contemporary outwear. The brand is represented by Cukovy Europe Kft.(Cukovy Europe Ltd.), a company seated at Hungary - 1012 Budapest, Lovas út 17.a 2.

What information is required to submit the order?

Name

Billing address

Shipping address

Email

Phone number

Do I have to register and create an account before shopping?

No, it is not mandatory to create an account; you can also shop as a guest.

I would like to shop as a company. Is it possible?

Yes but before submitting your order, please send us in email the following information:

Name of the legal entity

Tax number

Seating address and billing address

Does Cukovy ship worldwide?

Yes, except for North Korea. 

Is the order quantity limited?

Basically, not.

If you would like to shop as a wholesaler/reseller, please contact us instead of placing your order on the Webshop. Cukovy reserves the right to refuse the fulfillment of the order if the quantity is high and we presume that the Customer is a wholesaler/reseller.

How can I pay?

Only by credit card and when placing your order.

What shippment option can I choose from?

Home delivery.

We may offer you pick-up at the store.

What is the total cost of the delivery?

We strongly recommend you to carefully read the sections 3,4, and 5 of the GTCAU.

The delivery fee is included in the price but the customs value is not.

What is the total value of the customs?

It depends on the shipping address. The exact value will be calculated when your basket is complete but before you place your order.

Who will deliver my order?

Delivery companies contracted and chosen by CUKOVY. You will be notified about the details once your order is placed.

How do I get my invocie?

Your invoice will be automatically generated once the order is paid. The invoice is sent to you by email.

How long does it take to receive the order?

It depends on the shipping address but most of the times not later than 30 days.

Can I send my order back if I changed my mind?

We strongly recommend you to carefully read the sections 3,4, and 5 of of the GTCAU.

Briefly, you are entitled to send the order back within 14 days from the receipt.

We do not exchange Products but pay you a full refund (except customs) if the Product meets the refund requirements.
